The grounds may be rented by the individual day or in three day increments. Users are responsible for set up and clean up. Facilities should be returned to the condition as they were found. Upon inspection of the facilities by a rental member, one would be given the deposit back if the facilities were found in the condition one rented.

- Adult non-profit organizational meetings - Rental fee would be ½ of the daily rental.
- Individuals (reunions, holidays, picnics and receptions) - See ground rental fees for facilities interested in renting.
- Any type of sales for non-profit organizations - Rental fee would be ½ of the daily rental fee
- Commercial businesses household auctions and other sales - Must come before the board and fee may be up to 1.5 times daily rental fee.
- Table rental-$4.00 each chair rental-$.25 each fee charged when removal from grounds. No return of fee charge when table and/or chairs are returned.
- Fair house kitchen/small room rental will be $150 for 3 days or $75 a day. A security deposit of $75 will be collected and refunded upon inspection.
- Fair house entire building will be $350 for 3 days. $50 a day
for additional days. A security deposit of $75 will be collected and refunded on inspection.
- Open Class Dairy barn
will be $150 for 3 days or $75 a day. A security deposit of $100 will be collected and refunded upon inspection.
- Rabbit barn (photo) will be $150 for 3 days or $75 a day. A security deposit of $100 will be collected and refunded upon inspection.
- Farm Progress/Lands' End barn (photos) will be $300 for 3 days or $150 a day. A security deposit of $150 will be collected and refunded upon inspection.
- Sheep barn (photos) will be $200 for 3 days or $100 a day. A security deposit of $150 will be collected and refunded upon inspection.
- Pig barn (photos) will $150 for 3 days or $75 a day. A security deposit of $150 will be collected and refunded upon inspection.
- Schmimming building (photos) will be $150 for 3 days or $75 a day. A security deposit of $150 will be collected and refunded upon inspection.
- Beef barn (photos) will be $150 for 3 days or $75 a day. A security deposit of $100 will be collected and refunded upon inspection.
- In-field pavilion (photos) will be $25 a day. A security deposit of $10 will be collected and refunded upon inspection.
- Truck/boat/camper/equipment storage space (inside and outside) rental will be from October 31 thru April 1.
Campers $175, Boats $125, Cars $100
- Camping (photo) fees will have two categories. The non-electric will be
$10 daily, $25 weekly or $150 monthly. For electrical sites it will be
$15 daily, $50 weekly or $175 monthly. Please
see gate times and fees to
view camping specials during the fair.
